He is a dynamic leader with a strong EQ and a business consultant who has helped companies grow and expand to new markets.

Gaurav is a seasoned marketing operations professional with an extensive experience of 14 years working in Marketo, Eloqua, and HubSpot. He brings to the table an additional expertise in SQL Databases. In addition to leading a fleet of marketing operations experts, he always ensures that his customers get as seamless experiences as possible.

Prior to Growth Natives, Gaurav has led marketing operations teams for companies such as Cvent, British Telecom, and Birdeye.

Gaurav holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from UPTU, Lucknow.

Arpit Srivastava has 15 years of professional experience; around Marketing, and Data Analytics. He joined Growth Natives in Feb 2022 as VP Growth Marketing & Analytics. Additionally he has co-founded an upcoming Marketing Analytics platform where he owns overall product vision and road-map. Prior to Growth Natives he was working at Publicis Sapient where he was leading multiple enterprise clients like Nissan, Goldman Sachs, Mercedes-Benz China, etc. with focus on data analytics & customer experience. Arpit gained wealth of experience in B2B SaaS technology companies like Cvent & RateGain where he managed multi-disciplinary marketing teams with a focus on ABM, digital marketing, data analytics, marketing automation, and CRO.

Sumeet is a product enthusiast and technology expert with more than eight years of experience in building and leading tech teams. He holds technical expertise in large-scale applications. Sumeet is equally well-versed in building a product from the ground up. NetworkON is one such product that is serving thousands of requests per second that are delivered by the backend systems.

Ajay Paul Singh is Director-Marketing at Growth Natives. He has over 13 years of experience in marketing roles across industries including Education, Health IT and SaaS. Ajay has an expertise in setting up marketing functions and scaling brands with a focus on demand gen, customer engagement and working closely with analysts and influencers. Before joining Growth Natives, Ajay led marketing for an enterprise search SaaS product, and prior to that worked in companies like Newgen Software, HCL Tech and Elsevier.

Tushar possesses very rich experience of 11+ years in different tech stacks like Salesforce and Asp.Net. A developer who loves to acquire new skill sets to improvise in providing customers with optimal solutions keeping business perspective and customer success at the top of his mind. He has worked on multiple projects ranging from Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ & Revenue and Non-Profit Cloud, serving customers from different industries. Worked on multiple integrations like Zendesk, Jive, created different products in Asp.net that act as a middleware for Salesforce and other tech stacks.

Khushboo is working as a marketing enthusiast and growth hacker for Martech services that help organizations attract, convert, and regrow their customers now! She provides companies with strategic business consulting, and helps them with improving their ROI and conversion ratio.

Khushboo’s forte is in creating an efficient go-to-market plan for prospects, which includes thorough market research with competitor and price analysis; SEO, SMM, SEM analysis & recommendations; creative & content marketing practices; and promotional & nurture email marketing plan. She as a leader believes in inculcating rich culture among her team and herself.

While Rukman has always been a creative person, she began her career at Pepperdine University, gaining unparalleled experience in the research space and also exploring her interest in the creative space.

Equipped with an undergraduate degree in communication and a masters degree in management, she has optimized and channeled her natural creative streak into a professional skill and adapted it to the business world.

Shailendra is an adept Salesforce, marketing automation, CRM, eCommerce, web development, analytics, and digital marketing consultant with an enriching experience of more than 15 years. He remains keen to learn about developments in the MarTech industry and is always ready to be at the forefront of progressive changes in the field.

He specializes in creating new customer relationships and nurturing the existing ones with ongoing customer support across different industries. As a seasoned MarTech expert, he constantly finds ways to leverage technology and marketing strategies together to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Balpreet Singh is an Engineering Leader with 6+ years of experience. In my expertise, He is skilled in building and motivating high-performing engineering teams. His expertise comes mostly in high-scaled Web projects and key technologies using React, Angular, Node.js, GraphQL, AWS, ES6, Accessibility, and SEO.

A pertinent operations and management leader, I have over 11 years of extensive working experience in the Service Industry. I have handled both inbound and outbound queues as a motivated team leader and as an assistant manager with great efficiency.

Acting as an escalation gate to resolve critical issues of the team members, I am highly skilled in conducting various technical training sessions for enhancing the performance and quality of service. I also have a proven track record in managing teams to work in sync with the corporate set parameters & motivating them for achieving business and individual goals.
